MOMS (Mothers in Orthopaedic Medicine & Surgery) is an initiative dedicated to supporting women in orthopaedics. Our goal is to provide mentorship, career guidance, and a community for women balancing the demands of residency, practice, and family. We recognized a gap in structured support for women in this field, so we created MOMS to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment in orthopaedic surgery to allow women to not only survive but thrive.
